How long until I get my order?
Our current processing time is between 7-10 business days. After your order is fulfilled and shipped you will receive a notification with tracking information and estimated delivery time.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations can be accepted on unfulfilled orders within 24 hours of purchase. Past that time frame we can unfortunately not cancel or edit an order.
What is your exchange policy
Since most of our products are made to order we do not offer returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please let us know at Howdy@Eloisecom
Sizing
Please reference our Size Guide. If you have an extra fluffy pet we recommend sizing up on tie on bandanas when possible.
What is the difference between over the collar and tie on bandanas?
Our over the collar bandanas have openings on each side to slip your dogs collar through. This is especially great for extra large pups or pups that like to take their own bandana off. The traditional tie bandana is a classic and great for all pups!
